The brief

Problem

Study-abroad consulting is a category riddled with sketchy players, and NK Education's real credentials (three decades, government certification, 5,000+ visas granted, 400+ partner universities) were being drowned out by generic agency websites. Parents spend three minutes vetting a consultant; the old site made them work hard to find any of the proof points that should close the trust gap immediately.

How we built it

Approach

We rebuilt the site around the anxious decision, not the marketing funnel. The homepage leads with concrete numbers (visas granted, countries served, partner universities, years in practice) before it says a word about services. The 12-step process is presented as a transparent timeline — so a family can see exactly what happens between inquiry and landing. Country-specific pages do the heavy lifting for SEO (cost-of-study, intake windows, visa requirements) so parents searching 'Canada student visa Punjab' land here instead of a lead-form trap. IELTS/PTE coaching lives inside the same IA as counseling, because that's the real customer journey.

Why lead with numbers, not a brand statement

Parents arriving at a study-abroad site spend thirty seconds deciding whether it's credible or a lead trap. Five thousand visas, four hundred university partners, and thirty years of practice are decisive in that thirty seconds. The site leads with those — the brand statement follows.

Study-abroad is a high-anxiety purchase. The 12-step timeline was built as a single scrollable page that shows every touchpoint between first enquiry and landing abroad, with expected timelines. The transparency does more for trust than any testimonial.

The real customer journey begins with exam prep and continues into counseling — separating them into two brands or two sites loses the most qualified users at the handoff. Keeping IELTS/PTE inside the same navigation converts prep students into counseling customers without a second sales effort.
