The practice

Heartiee Web is the web-development arm of Heartiee, a design studio based in Chandigarh. Same people, same bar — applied to the thing that actually ships to the browser.
01 · Why bespoke
Templates produce template work.
We build on modern stacks — Next.js, React, Node, TypeScript, Tailwind — because they're the right tools for the problem, not because they're the current ones. We don't use templates because templates produce template work. And we don't ship websites that exist purely to tick a digital-presence box. Every site is engineered for a specific audience, a specific sales cycle, and a measurable outcome — or we'd rather not build it.
What we refuse: page-builder plugin stacks, WordPress themes with a custom coat of paint, Wix/Squarespace-for-Enterprise, and the broader category of “just get something up” websites. Those have their place. Our place is the tier above.
02 · How the work happens
Design, engineering, performance — one judgement call.
If a website earns its keep, it's because someone thought about every layer: information architecture, typography, loading sequence, content hierarchy, form UX, the analytics it leaves behind, and the buyer's specific context on the other end. Most agencies parcel those layers across different specialists and hope the seams hold. We keep them under one roof on purpose — design, engineering, and performance answer to the same judgement call.
Every engagement starts with a proper discovery pass — business model, sales cycle, content cadence, competitive reality — before a single pixel is designed. Design and engineering happen in the same weekly rhythm, not as relay handoffs. Every site ships with performance budgets built into the build pipeline (if the budget breaks, the deploy fails) so the Lighthouse score stays honest for the life of the site. Content isn't an afterthought; copywriting is scoped from week one, because the words carry as much of the conversion weight as the layout.
03 · Who we build for
Founders, marketing heads, CTOs, enterprise teams.
We work with founders, heads of marketing, CTOs, and enterprise leadership teams across India. We're comfortable briefing into a two-person startup or into the comms team of a three-thousand-person renewables group. The only filter is whether the project rewards care — and whether you'd rather ship one bespoke site that lasts five years than three template sites that each last nine months.
