Heartiee Web is the web-development arm of Heartiee, a graphics, branding and web design studio based in Chandigarh, India. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Heartiee Web. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us any time at connect@heartiee.com.

We only collect what we need to talk to you and do good work.

• Information you give us.When you submit the “Start a project” form or email us, we receive your name and email, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, company, project type and the brief you write.
• Information collected automatically. Like most sites, our hosting platform records basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate region and the pages you view, so the site can be served reliably and securely.
• Cookies and similar technologies. A minimal set, described in our Cookies Policy.

We use what you share to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• scope, quote, deliver and support the design and development work you engage us for;
• send you project-related communication and invoices;
• keep the site working, fast and secure; and
• improve how we work and what we offer.

We do notsell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists or send unsolicited promotional email.

To run the site without storing your details on our own servers, we rely on a small number of trusted providers that process data only on our behalf:

• Form delivery.“Start a project” form submissions are relayed to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service.
• Hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps basic security and performance logs.
• Email. Your message lands in our business mailbox, where we read and reply to it.

We share personal data only with providers like these, or where the law requires it. We never rent or sell it.

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as we need it — to respond to you, to deliver and support the engagement, and to meet ordinary business and record-keeping obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or withdraw consent for a particular use. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and equivalent laws such as the GDPR where they apply to you — these rights are yours to exercise. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we work with providers that do the same. That said, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is ever completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
